Mortgage with one SA302 and one accountant's income reference

Hi there, I have just finished my second year self employed but I have to wait until April to get my Yr 2 SA302.
My accountant is going to provide a letter detailing proof of my income for Yr 2 so I can take my first SA302 and that letter to a lender.
Anyone know which high street banks will proceed with that rather than insisting on that second SA302?

Several lenders work from an Accountant's Certificate.
Consult an independent mortgage broker who will work through the lender options and match your circumstances with the best deal.I am a mortgage broker.
