You should have informed carers allowance of your change in circumstances, it's probably not too late to do it now without reapplying.
Master Apothecary Faranell replied, “I assure you, overseer, the Royal Apothecary Society dearly wishes to make up for the tragic misguidance which ended so many lives. We will cause you no trouble. We seek only to continue our research in peace".

Not sure that you do. See this link

It would seem to be an absurd bit of bureaucracy to make someone, like you who qualifies, reapply. Might just be a delay in payment - it is a leap year which has been known to cause confusion.

In this instance I don't think the onus is on you - but worth a call to CA tomorrow to check. In general the change of circumstances is about things DWP won't know. From your letter to you they are fully aware of your CA circs

my carers was stopped and re started automatically, BUT I went a few weeks without payment as the " new" claim is paid two weeks in advance two weeks in arrears something like that so I was actually short of money for a while, same with the transfer from dla to pip, the payment dates don't match up, so be prepared for a few weeks of being messed around, it does eventually sort itself out.

We actually only received the letter to say my partner had got standard care+enhanced mobility PIP 2 days before the carers allowance didnt go in...my partner is still receiving DLA for a further 28 days anyway(like they do with all claims)so nothings actually changed

I would contact Carers Allowance if only to be on the safe side. I'm aware that some people have lost CA because the PIP claim hasn't been decided quickly enough.
