Are UKPC finished?

I received three tickets during November (the bit where they weren't banned) and came to this forum for help. Once again thanks for your help I received. I did as advised by many and followed the template, wait the correct amount of days, get NTK, send off standard appeal template etc etc.

Having had automated akwnowledgement of all three being received, I then received two attempts at "before we will give you a popla code can you stitch yourself up and tell us who was driving" to which I again followed advice and ignored.

That was December / early January. Now it's been well over 35days and I haven't had the the "before we give you a code tell us who was driving or pay now" letter for the third one. And have heard absolutely nothing else. No popla codes, nada.

I've tried to search the forum for similar responses but haven't seen any. I did read a few threads about them "being on the edge" though. Are they still in business? / has anyone else had similar? Have I won?

They are still on the go.

Complain to the BPA that they haven't responded to your appeals or issued POPLA codes yet. They have a rather poor postal service, apparently, going by how often Royal mail "lose" documents they send out.

Make sure you are past the 56 days starting from the day after the event before you complain that you haven't received a cancellation or PoPLA code. You don't want to tip them off.
You could also complain to the DVLA about the same thing, or you could bang your head against a nice soft brick wall.

Pleaser read this and sign the petition if you haven't already.

UKPC are still faffing around trying to scam people

Issue a severe complaint to the BPA and to the DVLA as UKPC are on their final red card now.

We are now waiting on government as to how they WILL deal with fraudulent scammers like UKPC
I am waiting for a reply from my MP TO CONFIRM that government allows these scammers ..... EVERYONE SHOULD WRITE TO THEIR MP

How will the DVLA deal with these known scammers ???

    WORTH READING FROM THE PRANKSTER

IN PARTICULAR >>> DVLA in on the scam?

    PS ..... PASS IT ON

They do faff around! Sometimes I've had to email them to prod UKPC to wake up again and finally send a rejection letter & POPLA code for a few cases.

An email from the keeper, asking for POPLA codes and emailed to:

    appealmoreinfo@ukparkingcontrol.com

always used to wake UKPC's Shirley up! Should still work I think.
