Can someone tell me how working tax credits work, I will be starting a new job In April 2016
I will be earning £13468 per year this calculation includes the new living wage hourly rate,
so why is tax credits calculated on £16000 that's what 2015/2016 wage was?????

It would be calculated on £15,968 because of the £2500 disregard for income decreases.0
