ebay broken?

Is it just me or is ebay broken again?
I'm not surprised, it is 10 days after the last cheap day listing and it does usually get wonky about now. I could log in this morning and bid, but I couldn't list with photos so had to give up. I now can't log in at all even to bid, I just get paremeter error over and over again. I've already lost a few items I was watching, and I have two more things finishing in the next 10 minutes that I was going to bid on but can't...arghhh
