Its been over a week since this has happened, should I not have received a letter about this by now? I went to the CAB who said they can't do anything until they see a letter confirming this but it has happened as no money this week and no explanation in written form as to why.
  • Usually you advised to wait two weeks for post.

What do you plan on appealing? You can only appeal of your award is wrong and they refuse to change it.

They did nothing when I told them my income was wrong and let me get overpaid. It's also not my fault my employer wrote the wrong info on the P60

I suppose you have kept aside the extra monies you were receiving from when You knew your award was too high for repayments ?

Mope because I queried this. I said I didn't want to end up overpaid and was assured I wouldn't be and this is recorded.

An appeal would not be appropriate in that circumstance.

    You could try a dispute.

Not saying this to be cheeky, just for future reference. With most tax credit issues, if you use google you'll find answers.
