EA Valuation

I am going to rennovate a property this year but I am wanting valuations depending on which way I go to work out finances i.e either refurb, refurb with double storey extension or possible 2nd house on the plot etc.
Are EA's generally ok with this with a view to a possible sale in a year or so? Or will I be considered a "WOFT" (Waste of F%%% Time)

Most EAs I deal with are happy to do this - essentially, they will want to establish a rapport with you, in the hope that you give them business in future.
But don't always assume that every EA's advice is sound...0 -
Probably the very best people to ask as they'll know the local market better than anyone else. I'm sure most would find time. Sales involves a lot of dead leads, and they're used to putting in groundwork."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0
