I recently put something up for auction on Ebay and said that I accepted Paypal as payment for it. I have always paid for things by Paypal but have never received money from them. If whoever buys it pays that way can anyone tell me how I pull the money out.
Many thanks

you have to give your bank details to paypal and then transfer the cash into there. I generaly only take small amounts through paypal and just spend that on ebay or anywhere else. For larger amounts I accept cheques, P.O or cash on collection.
p.s paypal also take money off you for accepting cash this way...no fees the other ways.2008 winnings....:)

Jobbydooze, just make sure you have a premier account as a basic account can't take all paypal payments. Unfortunately a premier account will mean that you'll pay fees for each payment received, so build that into your starting price when deciding what to list for. However offering paypal gives you a much better chance of selling your item as many people, including me, only search for items where paypal is offered and wouldn;t even see a non paypal auction. Also, ebay have started making it a requirement in some categories that paypal must be offered..so that might be the way forward as far as ebay are concerned.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't realize Paypal charged people so hopefully the buyer will be able to pay by postal order, or cheque but like soolin said I saw that many people prefer to pay by Paypal as I often do0
