Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Win a romantic trip to Salzburg with Whittard of Chelsea’
The prize draw is open to residents of the UK & Ireland residents except employees of Whittard of Chelsea, Salzburg City Tourist Office, Salzburgerland Tourist Board their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.
Entries are to be submitted upon the following website https://www.whittard.co.uk and in Whittard stores
Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
Only one entry per household.
The closing date for receipt of entries is the 29th of February 2016
The winner will be selected in a random draw by Whittard of Chelsea. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Whittard of Chelsea reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Whittard of Chelsea, Windrush House, Windrush Park Road, Witney, OX29 7DX or email info@whittard.co.uk
The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and are legally entitled to travel. Travel and medical insurance are also the winner’s responsibility.
The holiday prize for 2 people comprises:
2nights for 2 persons in a 4star hotel including breakfast in Salzburg City
2 return basic return flights, London-Salzburg
Romantic candle-lit dinner
Exclusive guided walking tour through Salzburg’s oldtown focusing on Austrian coffeehouse tradition (including treats)
2 x Salzburg Cards for 72 hours including free admission to all sights and attractions and free use of means of public transport
The prize is subject to availability and is valid from January 10th until 30th November 2016.
All flights and hotel accommodation subject to availability except for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Advent and Festivals (Festivals: Jan 22 to 31, Mar 12. to 27, May 13. to 16, Jul 21 to Aug 31 2016)
The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Any personal expenses and spending money (d) UK transfers.
The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances Whittard of Chelsea or Salzburg City Tourist Office, Salzburgerland Tourist Board reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
By ticking the relevant opt in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.
No responsibility will be accepted by Whittard of Chelsea for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
