Being bought out of a house help!

Hey all , me and my brother currently share a third of a property in Northern Ireland with our two uncles , we no longer want to be involved in the house and they have offered the solution of buying us out. Any advice on what we would need to do our end i.e evaluation of the house and any legal documentation we would need would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well step 1 is obviously to agree a price.
Compare other similar properties that have recently sold, and/or get in some estate agents.
Is there a mortgage on the property? If yes, you'll need the lender's consent.
If no mortgage, in England the transfer would be relatively straight-forward, but I'm afraid I don't know the system in NI.0
