Guaranteed Pension Credit (Joint) and Council Tax

Hi… does anyone know if, when a couple have joint guaranteed pension credit, whether they still have to pay council tax, or whether there is a reduction for the 2nd person, please? D45

If you receive the Guarantee Credit element of PC your income and capital is
disregarded completely and you should receive a full discount on your council
    tax bill.
