Hi ya
Long story short i have paid an online company (£1174.64) I will name and shame direct tv's but now they are tacking the mickey with refunding also the mixed u the orders, we paid more m,oney for a better tv but still haven't delivered what we ordered so now have cancelled the order 2 weeks ago - i used my debit card to pay and was wondering if my bank will do a chargeback on my behalf to help my get my refund back if direct tvs don't give it to me directly.
I read in another post that if i have a mastercard or switch logo on my debit card i have a good chance. I actually have a maestro logo and one of those red kite logos.
I really need that money back i cannot afford to loose a big amount. What are my rights
Any help would be appreciated

You paid by debit card, so you don't get the same protection as if paying by credit card."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

You can't afford to lose a lot of money, but you paid over £1100 for a TV?
I think you need to revise your spending priorities.0
