Hi,
What are the bailiffs attending for? Is it the eviction process or is it collecting a debt - if so, what debt is it?

Hi,
It's for a ccj from credit card debt0 -
If it is really important to you to stop them attending you could apply to the court on form N245 to vary the payments and suspend the warrant - think it costs £40 - some can get fee remission.
Of course if they do turn up - none of your goods are there and the bailiffs have no right to enter the property unless you (or someone) allows them in.
Standard bailiff advice is; Keep the doors and windows locked and don't let them in.
