I overstayed in a supermarket car park by a few minutes. I've recently moved house and hadn't yet changed address my car was registered at so the notice went to my old address and I think I missed dates to appeal. the first I knew of it was a letter from DRP debt collection telling me they tracked me down to my new address and I owe a fine of £130 or they will take me to court. I tried to call both them and Euro car park to offer the original £40 but they would not accept this. What should I do now? are they likely to take me to court? is there any way to appeal now? ( I parked on October 2015 and now it's end of January 2016).
