Hi there,
Just thought I would give the heads up that there's a few good finds out to be had (I think!).
I have just bought a load of those stacking pots for 99p a level. They seem pretty sturdy even when stacked high. I found the same make online for a lot more so I think it's a fair deal. I am planning on growing some cut and come again lettuce and baby beets by the back door for easy grabbing.
I also bought two sets of seeds, 8 in 1. One salad bar mix and one nice and spicy. Examples of seeds are 350 cress, 100 spring onion, 150 little gem etc etc. With a good germination rate I think these could be a bit money saving.
Other buys were some bulbs, I had a fantastic display this year from 99p bulbs and so rate them highly. I bought Peacock Orchid and a set of four Allium.
Shrubs were Potentilla Fruticosa, Forsythia Spectabillis, Duetzia Alba Scabra, and a fruit Tayberry.
Has anyone else found anything which is a good buy, or indeed, did I buy well?

I spotted those the other day as well but I'd already picked some up for 99p from a small discount retailer in Plymouth whilst visiting relatives but I did get a pack each of the white and red onions!0
