Giant Martini/Wine Glasses

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where I can buy the huge wine glasses that look like a martini or champagne glass? I want 10 for table decorations.

I've seen them for over £100 but don't want to spend that much. They are about 30 - 100cm tall.

Thanks x

Have you looked on the for sale section of the confetti forum? I know they come up on there quite often.

30 - 100 cm tall - thats quite a range and can you really get them 100cm tall? If so it may be worth trying the gadget shops as they often have novelty drinking things.

I have seen relatively big ones in boutique type shops (which is where i bought mine - Tonbridge Wells), but i have also seen them sold in high street shop C&H fabrics (as it is a glass craft thing, the glasses have melted coloured glass swirls). They are not 100cm tall though, probably about 25cm tall.

Seen similar type of thing in Au Naturale on local retail park. Comedy big wine glasses as I call them!

Lynwen - did you buy them recently?

Davidwatts - I did see them in Au Naturale but the mouth of the glasses are too narrow. I want them really wide so people can put their hands in to get presents out & not get their fist stuck when taking their hand back out.

Thanks everyone for the tips x

Damn - I was in a big Sainsburys today, my local store is tiny so will have to go back for a nosey!
