Hello,
I'm a little bit confused. We are at the end of our fixed term morgage and would like to remorgage. The new lending bank offers to pay our standard legal fees and standard valuation fee.
Do we still need to instruct a solicitor to handle legal matters for us and if so, which?

The lender will instruct a firm to act for it, at its cost.
