self litigation fees, has anyone won these and how much do you charge...as I have been doing quite a few claims on behalf of my mum and others......
Do you start from when you file at court and add more the further along and more time spent doing the process??

Costs are not recoverable in the small claims court. Also if you charge for conducting matters on the behalf of others and are not legally qualified then you will fall foul of the Solicitors Act 1974 and may be prosecuted by the Law Society. In relation to your own matter the amount is fixed by the civil procedure rules I believe the figure is about £11 an hour but check that.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0
