HSBC Arrangement Fees

Hello all,
Today I got a letter from HSBC saying i owe them £150 in arrangement fees for busting my overdraft limit.
However, the only reason it was bust (having not gone into the red before) was that the company I was renting a flat from did not stop taking the rent even though i had moved out! I eventualy got the money back from them after about 3 weeks and was in the black straight away.
The fees seem awfully high and was wondering if I can get this reduced in some way!
Maybe getting a letter from the estate agent saying they mistakingly took one months rent by mistake or something??
Thanks for any help or advice
