On the phone at the moment with the bank

I'm on the phone at the moment with my bank arguing about 2 charges they charged me last week.
They charged me as a direct debit from a catalogue came out ( I thought it cam out on the same date every monet, but apparently its every 28days) so there wasnt enough money in the account but there was for a direct debit for £7.08 and i got charged for that too.
I am currently on the phone arguing with someone as he will not put me through to someone higher, he said that no one can reverse any of the charges as I have had 'too many' reversed. I told him I want to speak to someone higher and he said they couldnt do anything and he has put me on hold, i have now been on hold for nearly 15 mins should i hang up and phone back or wait?

the only trouble with putting something in writing is they fob you off with the test case wait blah blah......seems banks won't even consider one charge refund at moment, which is why so unfair and one sided....Reclaimed thanks to this site: £2596.71
