will i have to speak to anyone if i sign up for online banking?

They want you to have online banking because they can save money on branches and bank staff and make a bigger profit. So highly unlikely they will make the proces difficult for you.
I think too many people are afraid of their bank and I'm not one of them. If any bank or indeed any business expects me to do something I don't want to do they lose my account. Simple.0 -
This thread kind of sums up the modern day life.
No one wants to speak to anyone anymore and would rather do stuff on a phone/tablet or pc.0
