Car
The Mercedes-Benz GLC 250 d 4MATIC AMG Line in Selenite Grey Metallic with Artico Black upholstery used in the filming of the competition promotions (the “Car”).

The Car includes:

· Driving assistance package
· 20” AMG alloy wheels in titanium grey
· Running boards – aluminium finish with rubber studs
· Premium Plus Package

The Car also includes first registration fee, 12 months road tax, insurance up to and including the date of delivery and a full tank of fuel. The Car will be delivered to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car and current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person and written confirmation of this arrangement from the winner to the Prize provider.

Maldives Trip
A ten-night trip for the winner and up to four companions to the Maldives. Where any of the winners’ companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The prize includes return economy flights from London Gatwick, London City or London Heathrow (subject to availability) to Male Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, return transfers via speedboat from the Male Ibrahim Nasir International Airport to the hotel and hotel accommodation based on five people sharing the Nirvana Presidential Suite at the Vivanta by Taj – Coral Reef. Accommodation will be provided on an all-inclusive basis with breakfast, lunch and dinner served from the a la carte menu at either Latitude or Open The Grill restaurants. A large selection of drinks, including premium branded spirits, international wines, a selected list of sparkling wines, international beers, cocktails and soft drinks, will also be included.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up by no later than 31 January 2017 and cannot be taken during 20 December 2016 – 5 January 2017 (inclusive). The prize must be booked at least one month prior to the intended departure date. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the Maldives. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to: (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party and adhere to the relevant visa entry requirements (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider, and (iv) enquire with their doctor on any necessary vaccinations or tablets that they might need prior to travel. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in the Maldives.

The prize includes a forty-five (45) minute spa treatment up to the value of $90 per person for the winner and up to four companions, at the choice of the winner (all companions must be over 18 years old for the spa treatment), as well as the following activities:

· One (1) sunset cruise trip per person, to be arranged on selected days only and subject to weather conditions;
· One (1) guided snorkeling tour of the house reef per person;
· One (1) stingray feeding session per person, which takes place daily between 17:00 – 17:15; and
· One (1) canoe rental per person for a duration of one (1) hour.

The prize excludes ground transport to and from the airport in the UK, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments (other than those specified above) and excludes car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations.
