My letter dated 5 October indicated a months free trial in December, I cancelled on 30th December - billed for £4, it is now showing as a £4.00 Credit ''for Cancellation of Sky Talk Evenings and Weekends Extra''

My online package now indicates Sky Pay as You Talk :)

I did get through eventually. The reason (they claim) for the confusion is that Sky allowed people a free month in December, so it appeared as if they had been opted out and opted in at the same time. Anyway the guy claims that I'm not going to be billed the £4 now. Hopefully so!
