I have an M&S CC and I asked for a second card to be issued in my partners name. We've checked Noddle and Clearscore and it doesn't show up on her credit file. Is this correct?

Yes secondary cards do not show up on credit reports as no credit is given you as the primary cardholder are responsible. They would need a credit product in their own name.
