NHS exemption card

I have been on ESA IR since February with my partner, in June my partner and I received NHS exemption cards for 6 months (April to October) and we are still on the same benefit and no changes but haven’t received NHS exemption cards from November to March?

Thanks

you don't usually get an exemption card when you receive income related benefit.
its those that get tax credits and contributions based benefits that have them.
for income related benefit you only have to show proof of entitlement letter
