im worried that i havent doneeverything i shud have ready for my court date. ive reda up on court bundles and ive put that together, but i was expecting to pay a fee, the only money ive paid out so far is on mcol. can anyone give me any advice abt going to court plz...

There is a £100 fee for the Allocation Questionnaire (even if you didn't have to fill it in), but only if you claim more than £1,500.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Make sure that you have fully prepared your case. Also check the threads on stays for arguments against the matter being stayed in case there is an application for a stay.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0
