Ebay - Buyer asking if willing to sell on 'Buy it Now'

I usually say no to this but how do you go about change an item to Buy it Now and is it advisable?

Many thanks

Don't think you can change format but you could add a buy now however without a reserve the next bid would wipe it out.

Both parties need to agree on a price.

Ask the interested party to make a bid on the item
Once they've done so, cancel all other bids from the listing (Except the interested party)

End the listing to the highest bidder (the interested party)
You then need to send them a invoice with the difference between the End price & Agreed Price added as seller charges
