Hello All
I've just gone through this tool on the government website to determine if I can claim Child Tax Credit. It said I couldn't, but the title of the tool doesn't say 'Child Tax Credit' it only says Tax Credit! Is there a difference?
Can someone please tell me if I quality for Child Tax Credit?
I am the only one working in the home, and have a baby daughter and a wife. I am earning 39200 per annum.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Tax credits are split into two. Working tax credit and child tax credits.
You can get one, both or none.
Your income would be too high for either of them. Limit for WTC is about £18,000 for a couple and CTC about £26,000 for one child.0 -
