English Heritage Membership

Hi, I'm probably posting in the wrong place, but I can vouch for membership of English Heritage for those of you who like to go out on day trips to castles, ruins etc. We just had a weeks holiday in Cornwall and lashed out on an annual membership at £69 for two adults, made our money back in three trips out ( 2 adults and 3 kids). Most days out cost us a small fortune because we have to buy a family ticket plus an extra child ticket. The EH pass means that the kids go free to all the places and most of them are free to us adults too. The most we had to pay was half price admission for one of the places. Used it here yesterday to go to Pevensey Castle also and we can comfortably expect to use it for all the school holidays here there and everywhere. There are 400 sites on the list. If you are sans kiddies the pass is even cheaper., Just a thought anyway, someone might find it useful, best wishes from Jandy

Even better if you use your tesco vouchers to either buy or renew your membership. 2 adults (kids go free!) membership costs just under £17.50 worth of clubcard vouchers.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking.
