wrag esa fit notes

Hello group. Been on esa for a while now and do not need sick notes as such cos in the wrag group. My question is this... I have been mandated to attend a three week pet course but feel I'm unable too attend due to an unrelated condition to my claim. I have another fit note from doctors, thinking that would be it I tried to hand it into the jobcentre and was told couldn't do that as already on esa etc... and to hand fit note to avanta the wrag supplier. After contacting avanta and explaining the above to them I was told got to inform jobcentre and was given there number when phoning them just got the same line as when I visited and tried hand it in. I'm now at a bit of a lose of too where I stand. So I emailed my fit note to my job coach and have fax it to the jobcentre as a matter of course I've also recorded all phone calls.
