Newcastle Big Home Saver - payment for not informing of change in interest rate

Hi
Have just gone through my Big home saver accounts. I was expecting a payement that they informed me would be made as they had not told me about interest rate decreases on one of my Big home saver accounts. Discovered that this was paid into the wrong BHS account and also tax deducted on it. Anyoneelse had this happen?? I usually have tax deducted on interest but when I have received payments in the past on accounts for misadministration they have never had tax deducted before. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
TIA
