Maternity allowance advice

Hi everyone

Thanks for looking. I'm after any help please.

I'm confused about maternity allowance. Our situation is that my daughter was born in May 2014. My wife was paid maternity leave up to March 2015. After that she has stayed at home and looked after our daughter.

While she's been off work, my wife has set up her own craft business. She registered as self employed last week, right before we found out she was pregnant again, due July 2016.

My question is, if she pays class 2 NI and exceeds £30 sales a week for 13 weeks, do we get the full MA rate or will we get 90% of her sales?

It's very confusing and I'd appreciate any help before I speak to the job centre people.
