Dear all,

I was forced to declare a bankruptcy in 2014... August 2015 I was dicharge from my bankruptcy but I`m still receiving a latters from a debt company with request to pay them in a monthly payments to clear debt... As you can image they are threatening me saying that if I will not pay then they will take me to the court. I`m not quite sure what to do with it as I was sure that if I declar a bankruptcy my debst problem will go away.

One more thing: I had a debt in Tesco Bank as well - despite of sending them an information about my bankruptcy they are still sending me an information about the amount I owe to them.

What do you think about it ? What shall i do ?
