Attended county court today got ccj off dodgy parking firm set aside need assistance

I now need assistance in how to complete my defense, i have 2 weeks from today. To adjust my defense that i sent in using a template some one sent me on this forum so thanks.

But it is incomplete, i need to do a statement of truth and sign it and send it to the court and to the claimants address. And wait for a response.
But what exactly do i need to write on this statement of truth?

The judge did tell me briefly. I need to state i never received the parking tickets and i was living between three addresses so never got the mail about having been issued a ccj and sign this is a statement of truth.

Can any one tell me what else would be appropriate to state. I do not want a pack of lies i want to tell the 100% truth.

you do NOT get a CCJ the same day as you attend court , you get a CCJ if you do not pay within 14v or more commonly 28 days of a court case

If you could not defend a claim against a non existent company , then I am surprised you could even drive there , did the other muppets show there faces to defend it , or did you *iss the judge off?

what are you talking about? If you do not want to help do not reply. Simple. I never knew i had a ccj until i signed up to a credit report agency and it had been on there quite some time.

Also i am not playing 20 questions.

They would not need to turn up and you wouldn't have to pi55 the judge off!

A set aside is basically turning the claim back to the beginning, a Judge needs to ask why you did not attend the first hearing, easy if you did not get the claim. However they also need to assess if you have a defence to the claim.

Hopefully at the new hearing after the OP enters a decent defence the claimants won't show which would be difficult if they are dissolved, and the OP will win by default.

The dodgy company is Legal Parking Enforcers and that company was dissolved 18 months ago so it is unlikely there will be another party chasing this unless the debt was sold prior to dissolution.

Something does not add up here. Did the judge know there is no claimant? Or are you being chased by someone else and if so who?

I simply applied to have my CCJ set aside. The court issued me with an order to send in a defense by a certain date, I did this.
Then I got another letter with an actual court date on it, I attended last week the Judge set the order aside. He also told me I had to send another copy of my defense this time one to the court and one to the claimant, including a statement of truth. I have done this.
I have received a copy of the setting aside order which the Judge issued on my court hearing today with the details of his order which I just stated. So basically I am not waiting to see what happens.
But on my letter it does say the CCJ is set aside so does this mean it will be removed off my credit file right away. Until a decision can be made in the final judgements? Or will it remain on my file until this is completely finished?

Yes I knew some one on here informed me, then I googled the company and seen their dissolved status. I think the judge did know, but I informed him and I also included it in my initial defense.
He told me to send a copy of my defense with a statement of truth included, to himself and to the claimant recorded delivery. I have done this.
Do you know if the ccj should be removed off my file as it has been set aside, or does it stay on until the case is finalized?
