Sorry, having one of my moments. I've searched everywhere but cant find the answer for love, money nor Beta Glucan.

6. Prize details – 3 x winners will receive a voucher worth £379 each for a weekend to a Centre Parcs of their choice. The voucher entitles the winner to a mini break off peak. The voucher is for a family of four for 2 rooms over Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. It's likely to be 3 hours I think. I did a bit of googling and another maker of oats 'Oatmeal of Alford' says on their site that they kiln for 4 hours.... so I guess it's in that region.
