Avant-garde agitators Qu Junkions are gearing up to return to Bristol on 28th November for the third edition of their annual club show Bunker. Whilst last year’s event saw the likes of Giant Swan and Islam Chipsy’s EEK descend into the depths of The Island complex, this year’s offering is comprised of stoic soloists including Diagonal boss Powell, multi-disciplinary artist Hannah Sawtell, and the joyously weird Wana Group. Couple that a DJ set of militant techno from Gramrcy and the acerbic analogue thrashings of Howling Owl affiliate Silver Waves and this year’s noise-centric blowout is shaping up to be a very strong proposition indeed.
To win a couple of tickets to the main event, just answer this fiendishly simple question.
Which iconic alternative rock musician and producer recently denounced dance music culture in response to a sample clearance request by Powell?
a) Dave Fridmann
b) Steve Albini
c) Butch Vig
