How long does it take to get a promised refund from Vodafone?

Hi folks,
can anyone tell me how long it takes to get a refund from Vodafone if they have agreed to it?
Here is the story.......................................
I took out a new contract for my daughter at the start of September this year. It was meant to be £35 per month and included 1000 minutes, unlimited texts and IGB internet. My first bill in October was for almost £200 instead of £35. On investigation, it transpired that Vodafone had not given us any allowance for calls, texts or internet with her price plan (in error) and so had charged us for every call and every text. (We had not been able to use the internet). They were very apologetic and said that they would give me a refund, and as a gesture of goodwill also add 3 months unlimited internet. That was about the 20th October. I have now just received October/November's bill, and we have again been charged (part of the month) for calls and texts which should have been included in the price plan. I have a bill for almost £100 for this account instead of £35.
I have been promised a refund now on 4 occassions. How long do these things usually take?
