Address not on BT Exchange

Hello,

I'm trying to move from Sky to Plusnet to take advantage of the £75 cashback offer.

The problem is that Plusnet cannot find my address by searching with my landline number/postcode and tell me I need to get Sky to 'Build my address into the BT Exchange'.

Sky say everything is as it should be and Plusnet's search system is to blame. They say they searched on both BT and Royal Mail external systems and the correct address is there. Plusnet say it's not coming up on BT system and they would need to charge me 49 to set me up.

Neither offer Customer Service email addresses to enable me to get responses in writing. I've spent all morning phoning each company 3 times and getting nowhere.

Any help/ideas would be appreciated, Thanks :)
