To celebrate the launch of the new SEAT Ibiza, we’re giving you the chance to win a mini road trip in the new SEAT Ibiza between York and Newcastle as visited by George and Larry Lamb.
Your first stop will be York, where you’ll be staying at the Hotel Du Vin, a Grade II-listed mansion house which mixes classic early 19th century architecture with typical Hotel Du Vin style. Enjoy a drink at the Roman Bath Museum, an excellent location to enjoy good food, ale and live music, plus a Roman Bathhouse in the basement! Also sample the delights at the Perky Peacock Coffee Shop, York’s smallest caf! perched in an ancient postern house.
For the next leg of your trip head to Newcastle where you will spend your final two nights in the Hotel Indigo. Its design and d!cor celebrates its culture and the area’s neoclassical architecture. While in Newcastle check out a gig at The Cluny and visit the Baltic Centre for cool contemporary art.
The prize is for two people and includes free accommodation, £200 petrol allowance and the chance to experience some of the local ‘Hidden Gems’ for free

7. The prize consists of:

a. the use of a SEAT Ibiza vehicle for the duration specified by the Promoter (“Vehicle”);
b. a petrol allowance of up to £200;

c. two nights’ accommodation at the Hotel Du Vin;
d. breakfast for two people each morning in the hotel Restaurant;
e. Lunch at the Roman Bath Museum based on two people enjoying a single course from the a la carte menu plus a drink each;
f. entrance for two people to the Roman Bathhouse, subject to availability;
g. Coffee and cake at Perky Peacock Coffee Shop based on one standard coffee and cake of winner and guest’s choice.

Newcastle
h. two nights’ accommodation at the Hotel Indigo Newcastle;
i. breakfast for two people each morning in the hotel restaurant;
j. entrance for two people at The Cluny to see a band, subject to availability. Bar tab will be to a maximum of £50;
k. entrance for two people to the Baltic centre which is free of charge but subject to opening times.
8. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of notification.
9. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the Promoter and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.
10. Hotels are classed as a 4 star and are based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
Vehicle

11. The entrant confirms they have the authority to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and any nominated driver.
12. The Vehicle shall be provided by Paragon Automotive Limited.
13. The Vehicle shall be fully insured which shall be procured by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited.
14. The entrant agrees to use the Vehicle for the purposes of this competition only and must return the Vehicle by the date and time stipulated by the Promoter.
15. The Vehicle shall only be driven by the entrant or their nominated driver, provided always that any driver of the Vehicle:

a. has a full, valid and clean driving licence (the original of which must be presented to the Promoter prior to the start of the trip) which has been held for a minimum of two years;
b. is over the age of 25;
c. notifies the Promoter of any changes to their driving licence; and
d. holds a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for a security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the Vehicle.
16. Any loss (whether stolen or otherwise) or damage to or defect to the Vehicle must be reported to the Promoter immediately.
17. The entrant is responsible for the payment of all without limitation fixed penalty notices, parking fines, speeding fines, fines as a result of bespoke congestion charging schemes, fines for use of mobile phones when driving or any similar fines imposed under any relevant legislation (whether notified directly by the relevant authority or by the Promoter).
18. Title in the Vehicle remains with Paragon Automotive Limited at all times.
