Setting Up an ironing Business

Hi
Due to my current work relocating and having to leave I am looking at setting up an ironing business from home.
I am wondering if I need Public Liability Insurance and Indemnity Insurance? I am wanting to ensure I have insurance incase the customers items become damaged.
Finally how would people prefer to be charged, by item, per box which I would take with me or by weight?
Thank you!

Probably worth doing some research 1st into pricing since some items are clearly more difficult to iron than others.
Perhaps a sliding discount scheme depending on how many items at a time against how many weeks in advance perhaps?
This seems good basic advice and recommends business liability insurance too -which seems sensible :http://www.moneymagpie.com/article/ironing-laundry0 -
how are you going to set up this ironing business? are you ironing personal clothes or is it a business venture for catering, hotel trade?
Weird business to get into, I would imagine the customers would get the clothes ironed by the launderer and look for a launderer who also does ironing.0 -
