There is one prize of a trip to South Africa being offered for two people travelling together, one member of the party must be aged 18 or over.

The prize offered includes the following:
Return Economy Class flights from an airport of our choice in London to Johannesburg and returning from Cape Town
transfers from Johannesburg airport to the hotel in Pretoria and from the hotel to Pretoria Station,
one night staying at a 4* hotel in Pretoria sharing a standard twin or double room with breakfast,
one night on-board The Blue Train travelling to Cape Town including brunch, high tea and dinner on the first day, overnight in a deluxe suite, breakfast the next morning and soft/alcoholic drinks (excludes champagne),
private car transfers in Cape Town from the station to your hotel and from the hotel to Cape Town airport,
five (5) nights staying at a 4* hotel in Cape Town including breakfast,
comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions).


3. The prize must be taken by 31st October 2016 but cannot be taken between the following dates: 15th December 2015 to 5th January 2016 and 20th March to 5th April 2016. 4. All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip.

5. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

6. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

7. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

8. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine can be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fails to obtain the required travel documentation.

9. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

10. Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions and has an upper age limit of 79 years. In the event that, upon the prize winner applying for the cover, cover is not granted, the prize winner must seek adequate cover for the travelling party from another insurer. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of such insurance will be required prior to departure. A cash contribution, equivalent to the cost of the cover declined, will be made directly to the prize winner upon presentation of proof of the requisite cover.

11. The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

12. Transport between home and the UK departure/arrival point is the responsibility of the prize winner.
