VIP package includes 4 premium tickets for Wednesday – Friday performances at 7.30pm of CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Matinee, Saturday performances and school holiday periods excluded), 4 souvenir programmes, 4 interval drinks and use of a private hospitality room at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane during the interval. Package also includes 4 places on a Bean to Bar workshop at Hotel Chocolat, WC2H 9HB. The workshop is valid on Wednesdays – Fridays only from 5 – 6.30pm. All elements are subject to availability and non-transferable and days outside of those listed above are not available as part of this package. Any extra charges are the responsibility of the consumer. The producers of CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artist, which is always subject to illness and holidays. All guests must pre-book a date and time for the Hotel Chocolate workshop at least 5 x days in advance. Late or early arrival will be accommodated as best as possible although entry cannot be guaranteed. Arrivals after stated last entry time will not be allowed entrance. Hotel Chocolat reserves the right to vary prices and timings without prior notice, in addition to this we reserve the right to alter, close or withdraw attractions within the workshop without notice. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Hotel Chocolat reserves the right to refuse admission. Tickets are non- transferable after 48 hours before the event. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Hotel Chocolat shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials. Private Events - Prompt arrival is necessary to ensure the smooth running of your tutored tasting. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the commencement of your tasting. Groups and individuals arriving more than 15 minutes late are subject to cancellation. An increase to guests numbers must be advised a minimum of 48 hours prior to commencement of the event.
