Competition specific terms and conditions:
Prize is always subject to availability - if the original prize is not available we will offer an alternative to the prize in similar value/ experience to what has been advertised
Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable
Prize cannot be upgraded
Prizes must be redeemed within six months of winner’s name being selected and must be taken on the date(s) agreed with Neon.
Prize travel dates are limited and must be taken after January 11th and before 1st April 2016
Any and all spending money/allowances/funds will be sent in the form of a cheque or by bank transfer
Any failure to provide documentations or information by the winner may result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
Winner and Guest must both hold a Full UK passport valid for at least 6 months
Winner and guest must be, at least, aged 18 or older.
Prize includes 5 Green Fees per guest’s stay to play on the north, west or south course within la Manga resort.
Additional fees, including equipment hire or extra amenities are at the expense of the winner and any spending money received as part of the prize can be used for these additions at the winner’s discretion.
Booking is required to use golf courses prior to travel dates and as such is always subject to availability.
It is the winner and their guest’s responsibility to adhere to the rules of the sports club at La Manga and they are personally responsible for their conduct whilst at the resort. Should any issues arise with the winner and/or their guest’s behaviour Neon takes no responsibility and Neon is under no obligation to intervene. Neon will not be held liable for any complaints against the winner and/or their guest.
It is the winner ‘s and their guest’s responsibility to adhere to the dress code of the golf courses, failure to do may result in the winner losing the golf portion of their prize.
It is the winner’s responsibility to provide appropriate Golf attire that meets the club requirements: Clothing should be neat, tailored and consistent with the standards of the Golf Club and tradition of the game of golf. The use of t-shirts, sleeveless t-shirts (men’s only), jeans, athletic apparel, bathing suits and shorts above the knee length is forbidden. Flip-flops and sandals are not permitted in the premises of the Club. Denim jeans are acceptable in the Clubhouse only if they are neat & tidy, are of uniform colour and are free of any fraying, holes, rips or tears. Soft spikes are compulsory on the golf course at all times. No metal spikes or other athletic shoes are permitted.
Neon takes no responsibility for cancellations or golf courses being unavailable at the time of winner’s travel and cannot offer any alternative should this affect the winner’s ability to redeem the prize.
The Winner is responsible for obtaining any travel insurance unless otherwise stated
The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond the prize stated.
Neon can in no way be held responsible for any theft or injury that might occur.
