S75 for solar panels

I had solar panels installed last year by Mark Group. I paid on my MBNA Virgin Atlantic card.
I have had issues with the system in recent months and they have been out multiple times without ever actually fixing it. In the last 2 weeks I have spoken to them and am always told that someone will call me back to arrange another visit but the callback never comes.
Yesterday they went into administration. Can I just chargeback as per S75 with MBNA? Right now the system is not producing so is a worthless eyesore.

Non-working goods sold by a company that has subsequently folded is pretty much exactly the sort of thing S75 protection is for, so get that claim in.
Do be aware however that a S75 claim and a chargeback are different things, and in your case you almost certainly want to claim via the former.0 -
