I got my dad to join Quidco a month ago and happily he has £120 cashback coming from his car insurance,
I spent half an hour last week screenscraping and quidcoing for his buildings and content insurance.
went with LLoyds TSB for each and altogether he should be £70 up if all goes through.
now both have been validated, today however he got two letters from them saying they needed extra details and they hadnt been able to contact him so could he give them a ring!
Ive told him to hold fire until I have checked.
I cant possibly see what extra details they need as he has made no claims on either type of insurance ever and I remember how comprehensive their online forms were.
I know it says that applications must be completed wholly online, so am I right in thinking that ringing them will invalidate the cashback?
what would be the best way forward?

i think your probably right, if you go to the freebies board or the referrals board there are quidco threads there and theres usually always someone around to help. but i do think this sounds like a ploy not to pay out as then it wont be wholly completed online!
blooming cheekIt only seems kinky the first time.. :A0 -
Lloyds TSB should automatically validate .. if it has then he should receive the Quidco cashback with no probs...Bit of a Florida Fan :j
