Debt Recovery Asking for money for Parking fine!

Hi there,

I live in a private block of flats where the allocated parking is controlled by a private company.

I have received a letter from DRP Debt Recovery company demanding money for a parking ticket that was apparently issued to me.

Firstly I never received a ticket on the car, letter from the parking company about the fine.

The debt recovery company says that they have a copy of the ticket, statement from the attendant and pictures. Because I did not respond to their (which I never received) I have no choice but to pay!

Please can you advise. Do I have any options to fight this?

Thanks in advance.

No they're not ... they're asking for money for a parking invoice.

Please read the NEWBIES thread. We really don't need more threads about DRP.

Do not pay. Read newbies thread. Only respond to actual court action.
