winding up a limited company

Just after advice on winding up a limited company. The company has now stop trading 2 weeks ago. The company has contracts with sky business and bt sports business for another 6 months of a 12 month contract and owe rougly £7500. The limited company can not afford to pay this debt.
Im just wondering what is the best way to wind up the company, the company has no assets and no cash.

You will have to check the contraxcts carefully, i find these days a lot of companies have clauses holding the directors personally responsible if the company is unable to pay the debt0
