Sorry Jean, confused about the answer, Cake and Bake Show site has Eric Lanlard which was one of the options I got. It also has John Whaite as you stated, confused.

Ok I have checked all three shows and Eric Lanlard seems to be at all of them and John Whaite does not show up on the London list from what I can see. Still no idea what the correct answer is though

I agree that Eric Lanlard's name appears there also but I do not know if he had any part in the GBBO.

Thanks for your input but I have not watched the program so I am guessing at the answer also.
