1. Lines close 23:59 Thursday September 24, 2015. Online entries are free of change by completing the online entry form.
2. Only one online entry permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will render all entries void. No responsibility is accepted for invalid, incomplete, illegible, lost entries or entries delayed in transit.
3. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18/over only. Employees of Trinity Mirror plc, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected to this competition are excluded from entering.
4. Entry is deemed acceptance of these terms. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements of these terms may result in forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. One winner will be drawn at random after lines close from all correct entries received.
6. Prize: Over-night stay for 2 adults (18/over) at 5-star Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel. Accommodation is sharing a double/twin room. Travel is return National Express coach from winners nearest departure point. Pre-show drinks reception and 3 course dinner at the awards ceremony.
7. Winner must be contactable before 17:00 on Friday September 25, 2015. Winner must be available to attend the event on Monday September 28, 2015. No other dates apply. If winner cannot attend on the required night, another winner will be chosen.
8. Hotel extras, excursions, any other costs/expenses not included (winner’s responsibility).
9. Prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, non transferable or non refundable.
