To celebrate the Festival, we’re offering you the chance to win a luxury weekend for two. The prize include First Class Return train tickets to Darlington with Virgin East Coast plus an overnight bed and breakfast stay at Blackwell Grange Hotel in Darlington. The winner and their companion will learn how to scrimp with style during a workshop of their choice as well as dining out at the Festival’s popular Bistro Du Van. The draw closes at midnight on 14 September.

•The prize is to be redeemed over the Festival of Thrift weekend (Friday 25 September 2015 and Saturday 26 September 2015).
•The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
•The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including additional travel arrangements, meals and refreshments outside of the stated prize.
•One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The deadline for entries is Monday 14 September 2015.
• Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
•The use of any system, robot, agent, or software to automatically submit entries in connection with this prize draw is prohibited.
•Entry to this competition confirms that participants have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
•Winners must agree to be featured within Festival of Thrift’s publicity material, including photography, as required.

10. The winner will be notified by phone or email on September 15 2015 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to GNM within 24 hours of being notified by GNM, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from GNM within 24 hours or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
12. GNM retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
13. The winner may be required for promotional activity.
